Annual giving statements will be generated for yearly total giving of $250 and above and sent to the email of record.

If you prefer a paper statement, kindly fill out the request form below. If you have questions about your giving statement, kindly email accounting@pearlside.org, and one of our team members will assist you.

Printed statement requests received by 4:00 pm HST on January 18, 2026, will be mailed out by January 31, 2026. All requests received after that will be processed in February.
