Hawaii Relief Program (Rental & Utility Assistance
The Hawaii Relief Program is a new statewide program that provides non-recurring short-term housing and utility payments to help families with dependent children who are in financial crisis, or are experiencing an episode of financial need from an unexpected event such as involuntary loss of employment, or involuntary reduction of earnings or financial resource.

Adopt An Ohana
Every year at Pearlside, we host a special Christmas outreach called Adopt an ʻOhana—where we come together to bless a family, a keiki, or an individual in need.
This year, because of the government shutdown, the need in our community has grown significantly. We’ve been asked to help care for more than 900 children and over 260 families—all connected to our surrounding schools and neighborhoods.
This is an opportunity for us as Pearlside to share the love of God tangibly—and, when the door opens, even the gospel—with people who are hurting, struggling, or simply needing hope this season.
We’re asking everyone to kōkua by adopting someone this Christmas. Let’s bring joy into homes across our community and remind them that God sees them and loves them.
Here’s how you can get involved:
Visit our Adopt an Ohana Table at any of our weekend services beginning November 21st.
Choose an ornament to adopt a child.
Bring the brand new unwrapped gift to any of our weekend services no later than Sun, Dec 7th.
Monetary donations can be made online at pearlside.org/give or with a tithe envelope marked Adopt an Ohana.
Pearlside Blood Drive
Fast track for saving lives
In partnership with the Blood Bank of Hawaii, we host blood drives to meet a real and urgent need in the community. In 2025, we've been able to collect 56 units of blood, potentially saving 318 lives. Mahalo for making a difference in the lives of others.
Food Distribution
In partnership with the Hawaii Foodbank's Ohana Produce Plus Program, Pearlside Church becomes a food distribution center to provide for families in need. Distribution will be on the first Saturday of every month.

Blaisdell
Park Team
Every Thursday, our team goes to Blasidell Park to connect with, share the gospel and feed the homeless. Our goal is to build relationships, share the gospel and be a resource to help those in need.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm Main Campus (orientation - every week)
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Blaisdell Park (feeding the homeless)
Food Drive
We are continuing to partner with the Hawaii Foodbank to collect canned goods for those in need in our communities.
In 2024, we were able to collect 1,784 lbs of food and $15,000+ in monetary donations. Thank you, Pearlside Church, for your continued generosity and for making a difference!

Here at Pearlside, one of our values is encouraging and equipping the next generation.
