Leadership Thought:
Developing leaders starts with our example.
1. Leaders lead by example. Leaders must model growing and multiplying their groups.
2. Leadership begins with discipleship. Leaders must model making disciples.
3. Discipleship begins with evangelism. Model relational evangelism.
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
What challenge have you faced in leadership recently? How have you been persevering?
Leaders lead by example. Where do you need to grow to set a better example in your leadership? (Evangelism, Discipleship, etc.)
PRAYER POINTS:
Pray that we will be intentional in setting an example in evangelism and discipleship within our small groups.

Annual Financial Meeting:
Pearlside’s annual financial meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 7:00 pm.

Calling all men! Join us on March 7th for our second "Men’s Huddle," featuring Pastor Tim Johnson, a former college football national and Super Bowl champion. This event will include a time of worship, food, fellowship, impartation, and inspiration aimed at helping us grow in godliness and biblical manhood.
